Description
Our client, a prominent law firm specializing in technology and life sciences with an internationally recognized trademark practice, is seeking a mid-level trademark associate. This role focuses on prosecution, counseling, and both domestic and international enforcement. Ideal candidates will have three to five years of experience in trademark law, superior analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and outstanding oral, writing, and interpersonal skills. Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of the office where they will be based—Silicon Valley, San Francisco, D.C., or New York—is required.
