Description
Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Litigation group in the International Arbitration practice based in New York. The ideal candidate will have a JD, admission to the NY Bar, and 4 to 6 years of experience, preferably in a global law firm with a US presence. Candidates should have meaningful arbitration experience under well-known arbitral institutions (e.g., ICC, ICDR/AAA, LCIA, SIAC) with a preference for those experienced in Investor-State and commercial arbitration. Experience in general litigation, particularly arbitration-related litigation and enforcement, is highly desirable. Strong drafting, research skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight are essential. A collegial, collaborative mindset and proficiency in languages such as Spanish, French, or Arabic are highly preferred.
