Description
Our client, a reputable law firm based in Houston, TX, is seeking an International Tax Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their International Tax Practice. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a law firm or accounting firm, with a focus on planning inbound and outbound cross-border transactions across various industries. While a degree in accounting, a CPA license, or an LL.M. in Tax is strongly preferred, it is not a requirement. The successful candidate must have excellent academic and employment credentials, strong research, analysis and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects both independently and as part of a team.
