Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of strong commercial litigation experience to join their Commercial Litigation practice group in New York. The ideal candidate will be ready to take on significant responsibilities, including client interaction, and engage with opposing counsel and the courts. Preferred qualifications include judicial clerkship experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing and analytical skills. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active New York Bar membership in good standing are required.
