Description
Our client is seeking an International Tax Associate with 4+ years of experience to join their International Tax Practice in Houston, TX. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a law firm or accounting firm, with expertise in planning inbound and outbound cross-border transactions across various industries. A degree in accounting, CPA license, or LL.M. in Tax is strongly preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic and employment credentials, strong research, analysis, and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team.
