Description
Our client seeks an associate with a minimum of two years of experience in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations to support their International Trade practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with cases before the Department of Commerce, International Trade Commission, and Court of International Trade. Candidates must demonstrate core values such as being future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented, and collaborative. Stellar academic credentials are required, with a preference for private sector and/or government experience. The role involves advising foreign and domestic companies on AD and CVD proceedings, prosecuting and defending cases, minimizing liability, and negotiating complex suspension agreements.
