Description
Our client, a prominent law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking an International Trade Senior Associate with over 5 years of experience to join their comprehensive international trade practice. The role involves an active import practice, including customs and trade remedies, and representing clients in antidumping, countervailing, and safeguard duty proceedings, as well as a wide range of customs compliance and enforcement matters. The position also covers export control and sanctions matters (EAR, ITAR, OFAC), along with CFIUS and related national security regulatory issues. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills, with required experience in trade remedies and/or customs.
