Description
Our client seeks an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Investigations and White-Collar Defense (IWCD) practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEC or PCAOB enforcement matters, and other government and internal investigations, with a preference for those with accounting or auditing expertise. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record of insightful research and analysis, and persuasive writing abilities. The role requires individuals who can assume immediate responsibility and thrive in a high-performing, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing are required. This position is available in Washington, DC or New York offices.
