Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking highly qualified associates with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their Investment Management team. The ideal candidates should have a background in matters related to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, including experience with registered funds using alternative investment strategies such as interval funds, tender offer funds, and BDCs, as well as registered advisers. This role requires direct client contact and strong business development skills. Applicants must have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, relevant bar admission (or eligibility for prompt admission), and a deal sheet.
