Description
Our client has an immediate opening for an Investment Funds Associate with 4+ years of experience in the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act. This role can be based in either New York or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting closed-end funds, such as tender offer funds, interval funds, and business development companies; experience with open-end funds and/or ETFs is advantageous. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and interpersonal skills.
