Our client is actively seeking an attorney with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join their Investment Funds Group in Miami. Candidates should have 2-6 years of corporate experience at a leading national or international law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience representing fund sponsors in the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds. Experience with secondaries transactions will also be considered. As the largest, most active investment funds practice of any law firm globally, they are uniquely positioned to provide sophisticated market intelligence and cutting-edge solutions to investment funds and their general partner sponsors in today’s market.
