Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Investment Funds group, with opportunities available in multiple major U.S. cities. The ideal candidate will have a JD and be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Applicants should possess over 5 years of experience in investments or the formation of domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds. Preferred experience includes secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts, and carry vehicles. Key competencies include strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to influence and manage are essential.
