Description
Our client is seeking an experienced associate to join their Secondaries Investment Funds team. The role involves providing legal support for a variety of secondary investment transactions, including private equity secondaries deals, fund formations, and secondary market transactions. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with strong legal expertise in private equity, secondaries, and fund-related transactions, and the ability to handle complex matters in a dynamic environment. Stellar academic credentials and relevant law firm experience are essential, and general corporate experience is advantageous.
