Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate specializing in Investment Funds with strong academic credentials and experience in private fund formation. Ideal candidates will have expertise in areas such as private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, hybrid, and evergreen funds. This role offers the chance to collaborate with leading legal professionals on complex and high-profile fund launches, catering to both institutional and emerging managers. A solid understanding of the U.S. regulatory framework for private funds is essential, and negotiation experience is preferred for more senior associates. While experience with seed deals and representing sovereign wealth funds is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The position involves working within a dynamic team in either the New York or Dallas office, with a focus on in-person collaboration.
