Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a dedicated team member to support their rapidly expanding Investment Funds team based in Charlotte. The ideal candidate should have a background in investment management and fund formation. The team is recognized for representing a variety of funds employing alternative investment strategies, including private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and others such as BDCs, interval funds, and closed-end funds. The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, solid interpersonal skills, and business development acumen, as it involves direct client contact and contributes to the strategic growth of the Investment Funds team.
