Description
Our client, a renowned law firm specializing in investment management, is seeking a 3rd to 5th year Associate with a strong background in investment management. The candidate will be based in either their New York City or New Jersey office. Expertise in hedge fund and/or private equity fund formation and structuring is a must, and familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and regulatory/compliance experience is preferred. The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills. The role offers the chance to provide top-tier, innovative solutions to a global clientele in the hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other pooled investment vehicle sectors.
