Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join the Investment Management sub-group of the Corporate & Finance Group in either New York or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment management transactional work, including private fund formation, and a solid understanding of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Experience with institutional investors and wealth advisor firms is advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills. The team is known for its collaborative and mentoring culture, offering significant partner interaction and responsibility.
