Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a highly qualified midlevel associate with 3-5 years of experience in investment adviser regulatory matters to join their Investment Management – Financial Institutions practice group in New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and other federal securities laws, and a background in counseling top-tier investment management firms on various regulatory matters. Strong academic credentials, excellent organizational, drafting, communication, and analytical skills are required. Candidates must be active members of the bar in the state of the office for which they are applying.
