Description
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a highly qualified midlevel associate to join their investment management practice group in New York. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of law firm experience in forming private investment funds (such as hedge funds and private equity funds), working on secondary transactions, and assisting with investments by institutional investors in private funds and co-investments. Familiarity with private fund structures and relevant laws and regulations is essential. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills, and must be a member of the New York bar.
