Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their Investment Services team in any of their US offices. This role offers the opportunity to work within a cohesive and collaborative team on a diverse and multidisciplinary practice, engaging closely with shareholders and participating in business development and client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 4-7 years of experience with registered investment companies and investment advisers, particularly in regulatory and compliance matters related to federal securities laws, including the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933. Experience with mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, and independent trustees and directors is essential. Candidates should possess a J.D. degree, strong academic credentials, and be admitted or in the process of becoming admitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
