Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join their corporate group in their Charleston office. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of a growing team in a city rich in history and culture. The firm's attorneys have played key roles in the region's business and legal developments, including major real estate transactions, infrastructure deals, and business operations. The successful candidate will have one to three years of meaningful experience in intellectual property law, with a solid foundation in trademark, copyright, and domain name law. Excellent academic credentials, written and oral advocacy skills are required, and the candidate must be admitted to or willing to take the South Carolina Bar.
