This opportunity is ideal for a lateral associate eager to contribute to a growing practice within a prestigious AmLaw100 firm. The role involves handling a variety of intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademark, and domain name issues, as well as intellectual property litigation and policing campaigns. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and be admitted to the state Bar of a major metropolitan city where the firm has an office.
