Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strong strategic focus, is seeking attorneys with 4+ years of relevant experience to join their IP Brands practice team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with all aspects of trademarks practice, including searching and clearance opinions, prosecution and maintenance, portfolio management, counseling, and enforcement. Experience with international trademark work, licensing and other transactional work, copyrights, and advertising/marketing issues are a plus. The candidate should also have excellent academic credentials in addition to strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills and be an excellent team player. The team is looking for candidates who are willing to work in either their Minneapolis or New York office and be admitted to and in good standing of the Minnesota Bar or New York Bar.
