Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic individual with a strong foundation in patent law and a willingness to engage in courtroom proceedings and depositions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of substantial experience in patent litigation within U.S. District Courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including case analysis, legal research, drafting pleadings, and participating in discovery and trial activities. A background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or physics is preferred, along with experience in a similar law firm's Intellectual Property department and a strong academic record from a law school. ITC experience is advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent writing skills and be comfortable collaborating with clients and opposing counsel.
