Description
Our client, a nationally recognized intellectual property litigation practice, is seeking highly qualified associates with 3 - 4 years of experience to join their Litigation group in Northern California. The ideal candidates should have specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes, with a strong preference for those with experience in inter partes review petitions. A degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science is strongly preferred. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is necessary, and admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
