IP LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1016)
Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior level Associate to join their IP Litigation Team. This partnership track position is based in their Greensboro and Winston-Salem offices, but consideration will be given to candidates looking to join one of their other North Carolina offices. Candidates must have 3 to 6 years of IP Litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, preparing for or taking depositions, working with experts, USPTO office proceedings, trademark searches, surveys, etc. Experience in trademark/anti-counterfeiting matters is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work. The ideal candidate is driven, eager to develop and invest in their career, and demonstrates superior client service skills. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities are required.
