Description
Our client, a global top 50 law firm, is seeking a mid-level (2-6 years) Patent Litigator to join their Intellectual Property team in either their Silicon Valley or San Francisco offices. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work on patent litigation matters, including district court actions, inter partes reviews, and licensing negotiations for a range of clients, from publicly traded tech companies to high profile startups. The team is known for having the highest institution rate for IPRs in the country and offers a close-knit, casual office environment that fosters teamwork and ample career development opportunities.
