Description
Our client is seeking an IP Litigation Associate Attorney with a focus on Life Sciences. This role is open in multiple locations including Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Palo Alto, CA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; and Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. Admission to a state bar is required. Candidates should have strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework, preferably in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, or Biochemistry. Other related degrees may be considered if the level of work experience is significant. The candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, outstanding research and analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
