Description
Our client seeks a highly qualified mid-level patent litigation associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property Litigation practice. Candidates with backgrounds in chemistry, biology, electrical engineering, or computer science are preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing and arguing motions. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is necessary, and admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
