Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel IP Associate to join their Patent Litigation Group in either New York or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience, a technical degree, and a strong aptitude for cases related to biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields. Outstanding academic credentials, patent litigation experience, and superior written and oral communication skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
