Description
Our client seeks an IP litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience for their Dallas office. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school and strong legal writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid-size to large law firm, with expertise in drafting pleadings, conducting research, and managing discovery in trade secrets, trademark, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property litigation. A federal or state appellate clerkship is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Texas.
