Description
Our client, recognized as a leading intellectual property litigation practice, is seeking highly qualified associates with 3-4 years of experience to join their Litigation group in Washington, DC. The role involves handling patent, trade secrets, and commercial disputes within the high technology, software, digital media, and semiconductor industries. Candidates should have specific experience in patent and trade secrets disputes, with inter partes review petitions experience being highly desirable. A degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science is strongly preferred. Applicants should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent communication skills. Relevant bar admission is required, and admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
