IP LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3730)
Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic individual with a strong foundation in patent law, ideally with 2-5 years of significant experience in U.S. District Court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The role involves active participation in case strategy, client interaction, and courtroom presence, including depositions. Candidates should have experience in case analyses, legal research, drafting pleadings, and participating in discovery and trial activities. A degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or physics is preferred, along with experience in a similar law firm's Intellectual Property department. High academic achievement from a law school and excellent writing skills are essential. ITC experience is a plus.
