IP LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3733)
Description
Our client is seeking a skilled professional with 2-5 years of significant patent litigation experience, particularly in ANDA and life sciences, to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in U.S. District Courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, with a strong background in case analyses, legal research, drafting pleadings, and participating in discovery and trial activities. A degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life sciences field is preferred, along with experience in an Intellectual Property department of a comparable law firm. Candidates should possess excellent writing skills and a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution.
