Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-level Patent Litigator with 3-4 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property team in either their Silicon Valley or San Francisco offices. This role primarily focuses on patent litigation, including district court actions, inter partes reviews, and licensing negotiations for high-profile clients in the tech industry, including top semiconductor and streaming companies, as well as notable Silicon Valley startups. The team is recognized for its high institution rate for IPRs nationwide and offers a supportive, collaborative environment with ample career development opportunities.
