Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-level IP Litigation Associate to join their Intellectual Property and Technology group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of litigation experience, including managing written discovery, brief writing, and deposition preparation. Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential. Candidates should be self-motivated, flexible, and preferably have prior experience at a regional or national law firm. Admission to the Illinois Bar or eligibility to waive in is required.
