Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their intellectual property practice in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for other U.S. locations. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in biotechnology, a degree in a life sciences technology area, and strong skills in research, writing, and analysis. Experience with Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases is preferred. Candidates must have strong academic credentials from an accredited law school and be licensed or eligible to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
