Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join its intellectual property practice in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a biotechnology practice and hold a degree in a life sciences technology area such as biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biomedical science, chemical engineering, molecular biology, or pharmacy. The role requires strong research, writing, and analytic skills, the ability to manage and mentor junior associates, and experience handling Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases. Candidates must have strong academic credentials from an accredited law school and be licensed or eligible to become licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. Diversity is valued in the workplace.
