Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a Patent Associate or Patent Agent with 2-4 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property practice group based in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in patent prosecution. This role involves counseling clients from various industries, including universities, start-ups, and other companies, on intellectual property issues related to chemistry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for early and frequent client interaction, dealing with sophisticated and often complex technology matters in life sciences, industrial manufacturing, and energy sectors.
