Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate patent attorney to join their expanding national Intellectual Property group. This role is open to candidates in Madison, Milwaukee, Denver, and Washington, DC, with remote arrangements considered on a case-by-case basis. The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer or software engineering or computer sciences, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in patent prosecution, strategic management of patent portfolios, freedom-to-operate opinions, due diligence analysis, and landscape analysis is required. The candidate must be admitted to the USPTO and have a strong academic record, with the enthusiasm and commitment to become a partner.
