Our client is seeking associates with 3-6 years of experience in licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering transactions for their expanding life sciences technology transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have significant law firm experience representing biotech and pharmaceutical companies in patent licensing and collaboration to advance therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies through clinical trials and regulatory approval. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with founders on cutting-edge technologies and negotiate complex commercial transactions. Candidates should possess superior academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and CA Bar admission (or eligibility to take the next CA Bar exam).
