Our client, a global law firm with a strong strategic focus, is seeking a lawyer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join their IP Transactions and Patent Prosecution Team. The ideal candidate should possess a Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering degree, along with relevant prosecution experience and the ability to manage and coordinate the prosecution of patent families. Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical skills, and proficient verbal and written communication skills are required. The candidate should be registered to practice with the USPTO and be an active member in good standing of their home office bar or eligible to waive into the appropriate bar.
