Our client, a premier global law firm, is seeking an Associate with 3 - 6 years of litigation or transaction experience, fluent in Korean, and with a keen interest in representing technology-driven Korean companies on a global scale. The industries of focus for this role include electronics, semiconductors, computer science, artificial intelligence, and life sciences. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in providing bilingual support on technology and IP aspects of corporate transactions or patent litigation. This unique opportunity invites entrepreneurial practitioners to work closely with the leader of their Korea practice and directly engage with clients. As part of the team, the candidate will help drive the expansion and enhancement of the Korea practice and deepen the relationship with the firm's Korean clients.
