Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 3 to 5 years of labor and employment defense experience. The role necessitates proficiency in employment litigation (before federal & state courts and government agencies), as well as counseling, coupled with exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a litigation caseload, including, but not limited to, drafting responsive pleadings, position statements, discovery requests/responses, and discovery/dispositive motions. This position can be generally performed remotely, but there might be occasional requests to work in an office setting or attend teambuilding events. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and membership in the New York State Bar are mandatory.
