Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an associate with four to eight years of experience to join its Labor & Employment practice based in Ohio. The successful candidate will have experience in labor and employment litigation and general employment counseling. Expertise in handling a full range of class action and individual lawsuits related to employment discrimination allegations, wage and hour claims, and issues related to employee discipline, breach of restrictive covenants, unlawful harassment and retaliation, labor law, and workplace investigations and trainings is required. Additional experience with OSHA and federal clerkship is a plus. The candidate must have a superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills.
