Description
Our client seeks a mid-level associate with four to seven years of experience to join its Labor & Employment practice based in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in representing employee organizations in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, petitions for recognition, and other administrative matters. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills are required. Counsel level candidates will also be considered.
