Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with four to seven years of experience to join its Labor & Employment practice in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling clients on various employment issues and representing clients in labor and employment litigation, with specific expertise in ERISA litigation. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills are essential. Counsel level candidates will also be considered.
