Description
Our client is seeking an associate with three to four years of litigation experience in a law firm environment, with a particular interest in employment law. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of employment-related issues, including FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and Title VII. Responsibilities include advising clients on compliance with wage and hour regulations, handling administrative actions, and assisting in employment litigation and arbitrations. Excellent academic credentials, demonstrated writing skills, and admission to practice in Florida are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, are essential. Flexible work approaches are offered.
