Description
Our client is seeking an associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join their Labor & Employment Group in Dallas. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, writing and analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Significant litigation experience, including trial experience and handling depositions, hearings, witness interviews, written discovery, and brief writing, is highly desirable. Candidates should have substantive knowledge of employment laws such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA. Strong academic credentials, references, and Texas State Bar membership (or willingness to obtain) are required.
