Description
Our client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated mid-level associate to join its dynamic and growing Employment, Labor, Benefits, and Immigration practice group to support its workplace class action practice in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of substantive experience, focusing on complex employment litigation, particularly in defending wage and hour class and collective action lawsuits. The successful candidate will have meaningful experience conducting witness interviews and taking and defending depositions. Trial experience is advantageous. Experience counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, and assisting clients with employment training programs is a plus. Superior academic and writing credentials along with Pennsylvania bar admission are required.
